Here we are, a very complicated bunch, put on earth on different days, with different faces, different families, behavior, passions and of course purpose.
But it is that "purpose" that has my toes facing backwards, I constantly find myself wondering why God put me in this world, you know its pretty amazing....I believe Oprah was put on earth to build "Oprah", the likes of Will Smith to make us laugh, Tara Durotaye to build the house of Tara brand...others to do various philanthropic endeavors. Fulfilling their life's purpose????
What on earth are you here for? I don't want to believe you came to escort those fulfilling their purpose, neither are you here to watch others find and live their lives purposefully.
We cannot reach the same heights, we wont have the same challenges, some would have it easier than others....but the point is to find your purpose, it could be for you to be a ray of hope that puts a smile on peoples faces, it could be to spread the word of God....to be the one who goes to bed with the thought of feeding two or more people the next day...
The long and short of it all is this! We cannot all be Maya Angelou nor Dora Akunyili or Basket mouth, we are not in this world to be like others or do what they do, we are here to be remembered for who we are and not who the world/society wants us to be!
So, are you here to impact, entertain, empower, preach salvation, feed the needy, fight corruption, bring about change in your community?
Find your purpose, be unique, live it up to the fullest, do that which sets you apart with so much passion ....it might take a while, it wont be easy, there would be road blocks but with persistence you will overcome.
